What does the internship include?
- Gain practical experience in healthcare. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to connect with psychologists online.
- Follow up with the client via email and phone screening after registration for scheduled intake.
- Additionally, work with referral letters (stated complaints/suspected diagnosis), assessing suitability for treatment at our practice.
- Create and maintain client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Moreover, get an insight into most forms of therapy.

Expectations
We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join us.
You bring:
- Interest in or experience with psychological care. Additionally, being able to work in an organized manner is essential.
- Following the practice guidelines while monitoring the administrative quality is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and accurately. Moreover, a good command of the English language is required.
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude. Furthermore, being enthusiastic, customer-oriented, pro-active, and flexible is important.
- Desire for challenges and attention to details are also highly valued

Conditions
- Willing to work with the organization after the internship. Additionally, we prefer EU citizens, especially Ukrainians or internationals who can work legally in the Netherlands.
- A bachelor's degree is a must (minimum qualification). Moreover, all communication is done in English, and knowledge of Dutch, German, French, or Chinese is an advantage.
- The position requires full-time work, 40 hours a week. Furthermore, you should have a driving ambition to live and build a life in the Netherlands.
- Lastly, you must be eligible for an Erasmus+ Traineeship.
OUR OFFERS
PAID INTERNSHIP
6 Months internship, full time, with flexible starting dates based on your university’s schedule. Our compensation is 100 Euro per month but we are a registered Erasmus+ organization and all interns in Europe can apply for the highest monthly grant through their University.
