  • Posting and updating job offers.
  • Responding to applicants.
  • Having short interviews with applicants.
  • Screen resumes and motivation letters.
  • Plan and manage interviews.
  • Manage required paperwork and contracts.
  • Communicate and coordinate onboarding with new applicants.
  • Help onboarding new colleagues.

Skills

  • Professional, clear, and accurate writing and authoring skills in English.
  • Ability to take initiative, creativity, communicative personality.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Results-driven.
  • Enthusiastic to learn, improve, and develop yourself personally.
  • A burning passion for online businesses & Startups.
  • Have a pleasing personality and you are committed to taking responsibility.
