1. Schedule a Meeting

3. Interview Process

Once we identify suitable candidates and conduct preliminary interviews, we will arrange a final interview involving all three parties: you, the intern, and our experts, with a focus on assessing both technical skills and cultural fit. Expect a comprehensive discussion lasting around 30-60 minutes.

 

2. Sign the Agreement

Based on the initial consultation, we will draft an agreement that both parties will sign, authorizing us to recruit interns on your behalf. Our agreement outlines the terms of the internship recruitment process, including candidate selection, interview timelines, and confidentiality clauses.

4. Onboarding

Upon your acceptance of the intern, they will begin their internship with your company. Onboarding includes a full orientation to your company's culture, tools, and processes, ensuring a smooth start for your new intern.
